It crashes every time I open it

After a few minutes of editing the application crashes and quits, sometimes without giving me the time to SAVE my work. The last time it did it it gave me this error message -[__NSCFConstantString removeFromSuperlayer]: unrecognized selector sent to instance 0x10b082dc0

I can’t contact support because they need a serial number and mine doesn’t have it.

My operating system is El Capitan and I have a brand new iMac loaded with RAM and flash, so it’s definitely not my computer.

I hope they can fix this problem soon because this is making my work impossible. And it’s making me wish for my money back because the app is unusable.
