Here today, gone tomorrow. Version 4 was stolen from me

I had to buy Version 5, because I needed a job finished and Version 4 no longer worked with my computer’s audio. Install driver. Install diver. Reboot. Install driver. Look for more instructuctions and help and ScreenFlow’s web site says to remove Version 4 and reinstall the app.

But the Version 4 app is no longer there and you can not download it. Kind of like they broke something on your computer and then stole the tool you PAID for before. Their “support” ripped me off. The program was ok. If the previous version was not taken from me against my will, I would give them higher ratings. Perhaps it would be better to sue these people in Small Claims Court and make them and their attorney travel to my State. Unhappy! :-(
