Almost Camtasia

One of the new features in version 5, is the ability to record the screen of an attached iPad - except its not clear exactly how to set this up - using a Thunderbolt cable plugged into a USB slot on my iMac running Yosemite, I was able to record the attached iPad Mini running IOS 8.x - however I couldn’t watch (monitor) what was recording on the iMac - only after the recording stopped, did the iPad screen recorded video appear on the ScreenFlow timeline. Tech-Support will cost you another $29 (called Premium Support) - and the documentation videos need to be more in-depth. This is where Camtasia Studio for the Mac is superior - how they treat their customers - and that they listen carefully to their customers suggestions or complaints.
